I was born in Hunterdon County, and started hiking in the Catskills and the Alps (my mother is from Switzerland).

When I started taking pictures in high school I shot the vanishing farmland around western New Jersey.

I studied photography at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire.

I like to rock climb, telemark ski, and play soccer.

I live in Los Angeles.
